I posted this case several months ago and I wondered what had happened in the case of polygyny gone way wrong. Here is the end result. It's all so sad when you think about it. May Allah have mercy on everyone involved.

Myra Morton admitted today she shot her bigamist husband to death hours before he was to fly to Morocco to meet his second wife.
Speaking quietly in a Montgomery County courtroom this morning, Morton, 48, pleaded guilty to a third-degree murder count that could have sent her to prison for decades for the slaying of handyman-turned-millionaire Jereleigh "Seddik" Morton. He was shot twice in his head Aug. 5 as he slept in their Whitpain Township mansion. At one point, Myra Mortonclaimed an intruder committed the murder.
No explanation for her changed story came in this morning's court appearance. In exchange for the guilty plea, prosecutors dropped charges she had filed false reports and agreed to ask that her minimum prison sentence be no more than 10 years.
The sentencing hearing is expected to be in about 90 days, Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney Steven Latzer said.
Last month, Jereleigh Morton's second wife, a Moroccan named Zahra Toural, sued Myra Morton for defaming her and ruining her reputation. The federal lawsuit is still pending.

A sad story all around!
I think it is sad that some men don't consider how harmful polygyny can be when all are not willing partners.

I think Sister Zahra has a lot of chutzphah. The money belongs to the family. Since p is not legal in the US, she should have no legal standing here.
